2009 - 2010 PTL Executive Board Members

An overview of Roles & Responsibilities of each office is listed below. Please email us (by clicking on our names) with comments, suggestions and any concerns you may have.

Mary Plocher, President
Supervise each committee, help enforce dress code, and coordinate fundraisers.

Esther Verderico, Vice President
Promote and collect the Parent Survey on registration night, retain guest speakers for general meetings, assign experienced parents with new parents.

Shannon Marshall, Secretary
Take accurate minutes of all meetings, send out thank-you notes to garage sale donations, meeting reminders, and birthday cards to all students, assist in preparing agenda for general meetings, and preserve all documents.

Lucy Chapman, Treasurer
Pay invoices and follow-up on them, track fund raisers, create yearly financial guidelines (i.e. money designated for teacher wish lists, Volunteer Breakfast, Pictures for Play Night)

Sarah Boehme, Ex-officio
Spokes person for the teachers and a communicator between teachers and the PTL Board.

PTL Parent Meetings

PTL meetings are held at least three times a year.  The meeting begin at 7:00pm Babysitting is provided.

PTL Executive Board Meetings meet once a month during the school year. The Board of Education committee has their meetings twice a month. Contact any PTL officer or Board of Education member for actual dates and times.
